In 2016 I was depressed, defeated, and hated looking at myself in the mirror.

After pregnancy, bed rest, and falling into really unhealthy habits, I gained a lot of weight and felt completely out of control in my own body.

Nothing fit, I had no energy, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I kept trying to eat less and do more cardio, but nothing actually worked long term.

Finally I realized the problem wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough — I just didn’t understand how metabolism, hormones, muscle, stress, and habits actually worked together.

So I stopped dieting and started focusing on building sustainable habits, improving my metabolism, balancing hormones and stress, and building muscle.

Over time I lost 70 lbs and over 20% body fat — and more importantly, I got my life, energy, and confidence back.

I'm so busy! How long does this take every day?

I get you!! i have 2 kiddos, run a business, coach 3 soccer teams...i dont even have time. tofix my typos. it takes about 5 minutes daily to track food (or my favorite: do it at the start of the week for all your food pre-planned), a check in on the app daily if you can for a few seconds to see your habit check in and 30 minute or less workouts. I have to teach you how to do this in as least amount of time possible so you can get your time back with your family and regular life. I want to make sure weight loss doesn't feel like another job to you

I feel like everything I try I can't stick with ... what makes this different?

Everything you've tried in the past is a quick fix or even if it's built for long-term, it wasn't customized to you and your hormones and metabolic speed. By balancing YOUR hormones naturally, you will get results designed for YOU. Planning energy v. fat loss plates throughout your day will help your body start to burn fat based on how much protein your body needs (which you will learn) and what time of day your meals make most sense. You also likely haven't worked on building easy sustainable habits with an approach that this needs to last forever so it needs to be something I can do forever. Quick fixes are just that...quick. And you are forced into a an all or nothing mindset we now need to get out of for you to be able to build a forever lifestyle for yourself.

I have never worked out before...can I do this?

We designed workout plans for women who have never worked out before and those who are long-time gym goers whose current plan isn’t working. Whatever your goals are and current level of fitness, there’s a customized workout program for you here!

How long do these workouts take and what equipment do i need?

We designed workouts for busy women just like me;) I personally do strength training 3-4 times per week for 30 minutes. We have options that are body weight for 15 minutes and heavier for those who have equipment and want to do more

I have a trip coming up...should I wait?

You should never wait:) There’s not going to be a “perfect time” where you get sent off to a private island, kidless, with a hot personal chef, personal trainer, pool boy to bring you detox pool drinks and a masseur…who is also probably hot. If this does exist. Drop a pin girls. I’m there You are never going to have a 6 week vacation like that unfortunately…and those that can be successful with a ton of things going on (even a 5 day vacation in the middle of their journey) learn to be successful during the hardest times and it makes it that much easier during the regular life times

What do i do after the 45 days?

After the 45 days, your hormones will be balanced, your metabolism reset and you’ll have an effective plan to keep the weight off forever. Most say they feel a sense of anxiety thinking about not having a coach in their corner and some say they are ready to rock and roll on their own but dont want to program their own workouts. We have options across the board for a subscription to our private Fit Forever app for $9.99 per month so you don’t have to think about programming your own workouts or many women decide to continue on with another Fit Forever in 45 (we have some who have done 8 in a row!) At 5 weeks we will talk about those options and see where you want to go:)
