I get you!! i have 2 kiddos, run a business, coach 3 soccer teams...i dont even have time. tofix my typos. it takes about 5 minutes daily to track food (or my favorite: do it at the start of the week for all your food pre-planned), a check in on the app daily if you can for a few seconds to see your habit check in and 30 minute or less workouts. I have to teach you how to do this in as least amount of time possible so you can get your time back with your family and regular life. I want to make sure weight loss doesn't feel like another job to you

We designed workouts for busy women just like me;) I personally do strength training 3-4 times per week for 30 minutes. We have options that are body weight for 15 minutes and heavier for those who have equipment and want to do more

You should never wait:) There’s not going to be a “perfect time” where you get sent off to a private island, kidless, with a hot personal chef, personal trainer, pool boy to bring you detox pool drinks and a masseur…who is also probably hot. If this does exist. Drop a pin girls. I’m there You are never going to have a 6 week vacation like that unfortunately…and those that can be successful with a ton of things going on (even a 5 day vacation in the middle of their journey) learn to be successful during the hardest times and it makes it that much easier during the regular life times
